Born and raised on a dairy farm in Southern Idaho, Ron’s journey is marked by a deep commitment to faith, education, and service. With degrees in religion, counseling psychology, and human behavior, he has dedicated his life to guiding others toward healing, growth, and spiritual enlightenment.
Ron’s diverse career spans over decades of ministry, evangelism, counseling, and political involvement. He has served as a pastor, itinerant evangelist, and campus minister, reaching individuals from 11 different countries, including the Navajo Nation. As the founder of Help Center Counseling Services, Ron continues to provide compassionate counseling, helping individuals navigate life’s challenges two days a week. His commitment to community service is further demonstrated by his role as Administrator for Highway Evangelism and his leadership in various Christian organizations.
Beyond his religious and counseling work, Ron has made significant contributions in the political arena. He served a term in the Idaho Legislature, managed Alan Keyes’ presidential campaign in Idaho, and co-founded Citizens in Action, a political action committee. His influence extends to the education sector, having served six years on the North Idaho College Trustee Board and 21 years on the Annual Idaho Governor’s Prayer Luncheon Committee.
